Word of the day on urbandictionary.com last week had to save that one myself.

That's great...  but it's not new!   

The term was used to describe the Florida debacle (remember 'hanging chads'?) during the previous elections four years ago. I recall a cartoon with Uncle Sam and an outline in the shape of the state of Florida looking like...  well, looking like what it looks like on any map.
