vacum line on 85 22r

so i got an 85 22r with a stock carb. i want to get rid of as many vacum line as posible. i did a search and got some info. but i just want to make sure that i can remove all the lines but the one to the distributer. is that right? just want to make sure before i rip them all out.
1993 4door  s10 Tahoe. 4.3 th350c duel toys w/4.7 rear, D60 front 5.13 welded. 14Bolt rear 5.13 mini spool,hydro assist, TG 5HD front springs, 63s out back. h2s with 39x14 17 Pit Bull Madd Dogs

if you have smog than you are screwed.

 If not, you need brake booster, PCV, dist vac advance..if you are gonna keep the EGR, then you have that line...I think I am missing one or two though.

edit: your location says Fresneck.  If you are in CA, and you are not green stickered, you must have all that crap.

its a trail only rig. with green sticker. i forgot bout egr . pcv and brakes i knew about.  i know some lines go for the a/c but thats to high class for me.

so i guess i got it all then. brakes egr pcv and the distributor.?  no one rejects before i go rip everythin gout.

remember where everything goes... if it doenst work, you can jsut put it back together.... why are you going to bypass everything anyway?

look at pirate4x4 faq section under new plenum or something like that. It tells what you can take off, and what vacum lines you can remove and so on. THen you have to get block of plates from somewhere and you have to plug up all the vacum line hoses you took off. :gap:
I tried this and took everything off i could and i tried to start it, it didnt work though becasue i didnt have block off plates nor plugs, i guess thats why the engine turned off  ::) Get all of that stuff first before you do it.  :talkingn:

LC Engineering 'Block Off' plate kit has everything you need for cheap.

thanks for the replys. ill take a look on pirate. as far as why i am doing this. there are so many vacuum lines its crazy!. thus more thing to go wrong. so if i can get away with only having a few. then thats a few less problems on the trail
