FI lopes mostly because of vacum? but it gets real bad when AC is on....

Has anyone had this?  its within the FI paramiters, but it lopes real bad when ac is on......Tim @ DOA says possibly too much vacum....Its almost impossible to manuely adjust fuel/vacum to compensate. Motor Runs like a champ otherwise....
