im buying a 91 4cyl toy that needs a tranny, i have a tranny from an 89 4runner, i just want to make sure it will bolt up without any problems, anything i might need?

what trannies were they? should be a bolt in swap if they were both sticks...

i think they both used a w56c

Nope, there were two trannys for the 22re that year. If it has the A.D.D. front then it has a G58

i thought only the v6 had the auto dif on the 3rd gen pickups, my mistake
