tas tank repair

I am trying to repair all the rust in the gas tank on my 93.  I am looking for the type of stuff you pour in and shake up to coat all the rust. does anyone know where I can get this stuff on the internet?

Why not get a new tank that isn't rusty to begin with?  :dunno:
