Sooooo, my coworkers were talkin all about meat and barbecuing at work today and it made me wanna steak.  I stop at the local store on the way home and figure I'll finally snag an arrogant b*std ale while I'm at it.  Good choice!  Didn't sense a strong chocolate taste but possibly a slight chocolate taste.  Not much of an aftertaste though, which is always a plus.  Nothing like a beer that leaves you regretting it long after taking a chug. 

7.2% alchohol?  One bottle kicked in fairly quickly, two bottles woulda had me silly, and any more woulda been just too much.  1 pint + 6 ounces each.  They're almost worth buying just for the stories on the back of the bottles too!  They had me laughing out loud in the store, but they'd probably be even better if you waited till you had a few before reading them

I saw on their commercial tonight that samual jackson makes a cherry wheat beer.  Might be worth trying

Haha the last time I went to a rodeo the bull broke down a fence and made his way into the stands! I was way out of reach but it was good fun none the less

Lately my staple has been Coors Light, and if I'm good and it's not expensive, Corona!  But once in a while I'll do something different.  Here's my lineup.

Henry Winehard ~ Pale Ale  (the green bottle)  My absolute favorite
Full Sail ~ any flavor
Bridgeport Brewing ~ IPA
Tecate
Sierra Nevada ~ wheat
Widmer Brewing ~ Hefaweizen, or Drop Top
Many more I can't think of!

That's funny, I've had the same thought but never seen his beer.  Root beer is actually the only soda that I miss since I quit drinking soda.

Me and DTB made arrangments to do another beer trade but I havn't had time to get off my lazy    to go down to Bevmo. Besides that I want to ensure a GOOD selection!  I havn't forgot DTB, it will happen and i'll let you know asap.


As for MCR?   nothin' but the best of course.

I've got a good selection but I typically stick to Corona on the trail, I need to find out where the Corona CAN'S are.. that is awesome.. Geno brought some up when we hit Fordyce back in June.

I dont even drink corona but I still havnt seen those Corona cans. I will buy em just to have corona cans if i ever do see em somewhere.

I saw them at first in Vegas and laughed about it...

Then when I saw Geno up at Fordyce he made a good point, can's are easier to pack and smash on the trail.. no broken glass...

Yeah cans are valuable for trail rides and camping but there isnt any good beer that comes in cans!!!
