Those seats look nice  I am sure they are better than my hard plastic seats.

I have heard good things about those seats also!  Cool that they recline also, if you have room to recline them.

Mine is made by Howell, phone is (810)765-5100 and the website for the harness is http://www.howellefi.com/shop/customer/product.php?productid=16224&cat=254&page=1

You will need a vss prolly from downey http://www.downeyoff-road.com/EngineComponents/EngineConvElectronics.html
and the b and m shifter i used had the park/nuetral switch

I say give them a call and they will help you figure out the kit you will need and if you are controlling the lock up of the trans through that computer or if you are doing what i did and have it operated off a vacuum source and on a switch. Good Luck

And an update to all, the seats are in and the interior is all finished except for the bed liner on the floor. Other than that i just have a few things left to do to tie everything up. Sorry I forgot to take pictures but I will have some up soon of the trans, interior, and my sweet custom bent, welded, exhaust and y pipe.

Oh and my dad didnt put it all the way in park and it started driving with the door open in reverse, so the shop door peeled mine back and took out the fender. Oh and i wasnt home when this all happened he called me sayin there was a "accident". Oh well off to yota yard to get a new door and fender

Same thing happened to my door too.  It was inbetween the two post lift and the p/o leaned in the door to start it.  Took the door and folded it 180 degrees.  I installed another door, but it never closed quite right.

4.3 headache

my original plan for my swap was to put in a r151 or have marlin build me a w56, but CA smog prevented me from doing so,

now that i have the auto, i would not go back!! the truck is a blast to drive and climbs dunes i'd never get up with the 5 speed.
all i want is a little more than i'll ever get!!

There is a guy on here i cant think of his screen name but its a white 5runner and he has duals behind a 700r4

4.3 headache

duals behind mine w/ 2.23 gears in both. my drivelines are within an inch of each other. i don't think you can run an auto without dual cases due to front driveline/ tranny oil pan clearances
all i want is a little more than i'll ever get!!

COToy91

i am running it without duals and it clears fine
Colorado...its where the cool kids live

rednk1980

my cases are set up with the 2.28 in the front and 4.7 in the rear. too much gearing for the horse power? Im new to the chevy thing just trying to figure out what im going to do.

i have heard a few times of inputs shearing off, but the guys who had it happen put a booby long cryoed one in and never had a prob after that. I cant remember if it was the front or rear case, but i am pretty sure it was the rear

I have to weld some holes up from random bolt holes up and then paint it, get the right top and then put the stars and numbering on it, i am really pumped about it. Been 8 years in the making
