Any idea on a time frame for these? I need to order some stuff but I will wait if it won't be too long before these are back in stock.

At least a month out, if not two. They are not difficult to make (as we have them made locally right here in California, and it only takes a few days to make them) but we are working on other projects that we need to get finished before we resume production on these knobs.
