Yea no since in getting in a hurry for tellico.Effective Jan 1 tellico will begin seasonally closing from Jan 1 till March 31.There were also some trail closures aswell.Hopefully they will only be closed for 1 yr like they say but it's not looking good.

Yeah, April/May spring time would give us all enough time to recoup funds, get ready, finish projects.  No hurry...I am gonna buy a plasma cutter then everything will be OK.

Eggzackery. Until we get a top on the Mammoth I would not want to go out in the Winter up north. April/May will be perfect weather.
I thought this was private property, how can they close trails. Is there a thread I missed (I'm sure there is since I don't look at the trail closing threads)

Cool, sounds like parts of it will still be open for a while. We definetly have to go while we still can. We'll start a thread when we start planning that trip so we can try to make it a big thing.

Crap! Packed already! I was hoping we'd be able to pick and choose our spot. I do hope we won't have a hard time finding a spot for the LBC. We'll call you when we get there.
