I also have a set of Marlin 4.70 gears in the rear case but I got them from All-Pro :smack: so I don't think the ever when throught Marlins shop since they didn't have a number stamped on them.

Anyway, Dual Cases with 4.7 gear is one of the best mods I'v done!

Hey there, I have invoice#11458  from 11-16-1995. The invoice says it's for units #19 and #20, these were purchased by my uncle, and installed in his 85 pu and my 84 4Rnr, "which was owned by my cousin "Ranger Russ" at the time". Are these units stamped with there serial #'s?.
If they are, where would I find it?
 Thanks, John in Coalinga Ca.

Wow I dont know for sure with a # that early. Impressive to see they are still in service. If they are stamped, then it should be on the drivers side of the first housing (reduction housing) stamped vertically.

I dont even care about that list. Im sure its much larger but its not the official list. This is the official one. You can keep it up if you wish, but actually I dont want to put their names on here unless they are a member here. Become a member and you can get added to the official list 8)
