i finally finished up the back end of the rocksliders and mounting point to the frame. i wanna run a piece of dimple dyed 10 gage plate between the rail and the frame and put a battery in each of the spaces inside the bedside..i got a dual battery kit from 12voltguy.com, wow, nice stuff!

Why not? Obviously he'd build a shield for the battery.

on the left side is a rockslider with a decent little hoop/bump. on the inside will be a battery box of some sort. should be fine.

well, i actually have to agree...my brother(electrical enginneer) came over and was talking...since ive got gel cell batteries, if one did get crunched id be hard pressed to get it to quit shorting out and likely have a disaster on my hands...i was gonna have a bit more side protection there, but now im putting the viair compressors in those spots and the batteries back in the bed(safety first)...

Having a 12 second Honda is just like coming out of the closet; You're going to surprise a bunch of people, but in the end you're still gay.

damn near done, need to install the crawl box and redo driveshafts for wheeling. in order to start driving it around in 2wd next week ive gotta put in the brakelines, high pressure power steering line and shorten the rear panhard bar by about 1/2''(too long and out of heim adjustment)
