Does anyone ever notice that big companies have the worst customer service? I sure do. Not only that I swear all of the big companies get people that cant speak English very well at all and it bothers me..I just got off hte phone with SBC/ATT for an internet problem and just wasted like 20 minutes of my time for answers I already knew. I asked the guy:"So youre pretty much telling me i wasted 20 minutes of my time just to get a no?" - Me"ummm." "uhh...." "well I can not exchange the product since it is not the one we sent you" - guy"So thats a yeah i just pretty much did waste that much time?" - Me"Yes that is correct sir" - guyWho does that? I just told him whatever bye and hung up...Big companies suck....

depends on the company..i happen to like places like Wal-mart and Target because they take ANYTHING back...even if you've used it a feww times
i have a plan... lets take footage of us all taking turns power brakin on that modem , send it in a box with the video and maybe a dead rat.
RESURRECTION:Not all big companies suck. My life has changed because of Amazon. The world needs more Elon Musk people. I'd be in a state of deprivation withOUT UPS and FedX. And.... I would be here if it weren't for Toyota Motor Corporation. What does suck is really bad Customer Service. Gnarls.
