Does anyone ever notice that big companies have the worst customer service? I sure do. Not only that I swear all of the big companies get people that cant speak English very well at all and it bothers me..

I just got off hte phone with SBC/ATT for an internet problem and just wasted like 20 minutes of my time for answers I already knew. I asked the guy:

"So youre pretty much telling me i wasted 20 minutes of my time just to get a no?" - Me
"ummm." "uhh...." "well I can not exchange the product since it is not the one we sent you" - guy
"So thats a yeah i just pretty much did waste that much time?" - Me
"Yes that is correct sir" - guy
Who does that? I just told him whatever bye and hung up...

Big companies suck....

depends on the company..i happen to like places like Wal-mart and Target because they take ANYTHING back...even if you've used it a feww times :shhh:

The first few days of school this semester i noticed that i got the wrong paper, used a couple sheets and wanted different so i brought a 100page notebook back with 90 pages

i have a plan... lets take footage of us all taking turns power brakin on that modem :burnout:, send it in a box with the video and maybe a dead rat.

UPS and FEDEX? You forgot the tried and true USPS. UPS and FEDEX don't deliver on Sunday, the USPS does, thanks to AMAZON.

Service suck for a few reasons
Poor training.
Poor treatment of employees.
Poor hiring practices.
And most of all, inept and uncaring idiots that should be aborted.

Doesn't help having a society that breeds undeserved entitlement and negativity. Not to mention the drive to kill critical thought.

You would be here if it 'weren't' for TOYOTA? You most likely would be here if Toyota weren't. Situation could be different, could be a Ford or a Zil, BUT the true driving force of THIS site is Marlin and his devotion to the Toyota 4X4 vehicles and their community. :soapbox:
