I have been trying to get a hold of these people for 2 full days now.

The first day I got a message saying they were busy. The second day the message said they were closed for the night. Even though it was within business hours.

I even tried to email them.
They sent me the wrong parts. I ordered Eco seals and was delivered regular cheapo seals.
I would just like to get the correct seals as this is my daily driver and the longer its down the more it cost me and the more inconvenient it is.
Does anyone have a better way to contact them?

Yeah, they are very busy over there. Especially before the roundup..

CLOSED ON FRIDAYS. They spend all of their time helping people out so they don't have any time to change the message.

They prolly haven't changed the recording. Their hours are 6:00 am to 5:30 pm.

I tried to call them all day yesterday. At a minimum of 3 times an hour.
Are they really that busy there to the point that they wont answer the phone all day?

I know it sucks getting the wrong part... Personally if it were me.. Id smack in the seals you received in and maybe just ask for the difference to be refunded and next time you need them done throw in the Eco seals... If you need the truck you need the truck..

Sorry for both the incorrect part delivery and for the difficulty in getting through on our phones. Our sales department is understaffed and we are bringing in more help beginning in August. This week was pretty rough as we only averaged one sales person per day everyday processing web orders, handling both phone lines, and taking care of walk-in customers. Yesterday it was only me working up front, I am not in sales, and with all the administration work I am responsible for, I made the decision to turn off our phones all day long. CJ, Dave, and myself are checking personal emails (my mail client checks it every 5 mins) and are sincerely trying our best to handle the demand with what staffing we have at the moment. Even despite everyone being gone yesterday we still managed to ship out two pallets full of parts.

Enough with the excuses, please send me an email by clicking here and I will have Dave give you a call come Monday. Again sorry for all the trouble and thank you very much for your patience and for your business!! Dave will be the only one in sales come Monday so it's gonna be a busy day for him but we'll get things straightened out for ya!

same happened to me for 2 weeks. zack quit supposedly and they are going through lots of changes. hang in there, marlin crawler  is worth the wait. flopp trailgears junk products
