Ok mr "I work in a nice warm building" I want the ground to become saturated without the nate being saturated. I want to buy some waterproof boots that actually keep water out.

you change 100 wiper blades a day in the pouring rain...it's not all BS and hanging out. if you consider 65* warm though, then I guess you are right. My building is seriously like 45 years old.

65 is warm, I have my home thermostat set at 62/63*. For years I've had soaked feet within 15 minutes of getting to work
