Thread revival/update.... :blah:
I'm having allot of fun in the C-runner  :yesnod: , minus a few frustrating bumps in the road...I'm trying to dial her in...one thing at a time
-seven broken birfields....looking into chromo birfs

-two broken motor mounts...replaced and will cable it

-ate up rubber bushings in frame side of shackle on the front springs (TG's)...replaced with Daystar's poly bushing.....all other rubber pushings looked good

-bent lower link on rear passenger side (slight bow)...replacing both lowers with 1.75" X .25" wall DOM sleeved with 2" X .120"wall 4130 chromoly...they were 1.75" X .25" wall DOM but NO sleeves....I should have sleeved them the first time.

-ripping/warping winch mount off of rear end (3/16th thick)...replacing with budbuilds ($50) 1/4 inch winch plate plus a few extra gussets this time

-hitting the bump stops that came with SAS kit (very hard) at every turn...minor problem but still very annoying.replaced with Daystar's 3" slotted bump stops(very soft)....huge improvement at speeds and when an obstacle has to be bumped

-everything else continues to work well  :crossed:

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa bumper is new

BUDBUILT...I bought two....one 32inch($60.00)(rear winch)...and one 23 inch($50.00)...the 23 inch is asymmetrical(covers face of winch)I cut either end off (one side more than the other) making it 14 1/2 inches and symmetrical.
