You wanna build a truggy? Parting out instead
« on: Oct 06, 2006, 09:44:09 PM »
Well then you should buy this truck!  It's a cheap beginning to a project.  Cab with dash and seat, no doors or back window.  The front pass side of the inner fenders is munched a little, but if it's going to be a trail rig you could just try pulling it out or wack it off and weld on a new piece.  Frame doesn't appear to be bent at all, sheered the fender off right above the frame.  I just want the suspension parts off it.  Make me an offer, I want to get rid of it to free up a little space.  Located in REDDING CALIFORNIA  I'll also have an 86 4by I'll be selling soon.

Negative, it had 76,000 miles and was the first thing to go.  It's not registered, I started turning in the plates but never finished, so I don't think it's off the books yet.

I'm not ready to deal with the runner yet.  I hafta deal with this truck and my 86 before I get back to it, but feel free to ask any questions and call dibs if you want.  I try my damndest to stick to dibs I give!  Also, I have some pictures of it in a thread in chit chat section called the official I'm a packrat thread, they may answer some of your questions very quickly!

Bump, I'd like to see this thing go soon.  If anybody is interested in any parts lemme know, some of what's left in the interior is still good.

Well, since there seems to be no interest in this thing I'm gonna go back to parting it out.  Hit me up if you want any parts, there's still some good stuff in the interior.

Where are you located?  Got any pics of the interior?  How good of shape is the seat in?

Redding ca, a ways north of you.  The dash has the typical cracked top pad, but the rest is in good shape.  I pulled the dash piece that goes around the gauges cause it's in such good shape, and I didn't want it getting cracked sitting outside.  The seat is in really good shape but began to fade where I've had a dash piece laying on it, but not bad.  The truck only had 75,000 miles on it, so it hasn't seen a lotta use.

Looks pretty good.  I am hopefully getting a bunch of gray interior stuff from a guy soon, but if it falls through, or I don't get all of what I need, you will be hearing from me again.
