I thought about heating and bending it yesterday as i was staring at it after 4hrs of work thinkin what a dumb ass i was for not considering that freakin nut!  Those pitman arms are pretty damn tough.  Its probably more work than its worth.  I'm gonna throw my Buddy's arm on and see what happens.

i was thinking a heavy duty press and some heat and that thing will bend just enough, do you have a press too?

I have never seen a shackle hangar mounted like that...is it just gussets on the tube or actually notched into the frame?  why this instead of the tube through the frame?

Its welded to the bottom of the frame and gusseted.  For one you get more lift, second my axle is moved about 6" forward and if i were to put it through the frame it would be right where the vin #'s are leaving me w/ a partial vin.  I've always done it this way and never had any problems.

The front is now completely finished, only need to bleed the brakes and fill the axle.  Im hopin to start on the rear tomorrow.

Yea, It should deffinetely be ready by this weekend.  I just have to lift the rear make drivelines and swap out trannys.  I think it shoud be ready by sat.
