why wont it start.... symptoms?

did you fix your fuel problem? if so it will take a while to get fuel flowing again, when i started my new motor last weekend, i had to turn it over for at least 1 minute before it got fuel

to get the fuel back in the system use the fuel pump test jumper then just loosen the cold start injector bolt until fuel sprays out, retighten it,  then start it.

Its hella weird.  It will start with starting fluid and sometimes on its own but its rough at first then idles perfect.  Timing is dead on. Sometimes i'll just crank on it till the battery dies and nothing.  Other times its will crank and act like its going to start and if i give it a lil throttle it fires up.  No check engine codes or anything.  Its a big joke, now i have it ready to wheel and alll it want to do is play games. BULLSHITT!!!!

fuel system, the cheapest part is a fuel filter get a new one, if that dont work then you may need a fuel pump, i can get you a new one really cheap PM me if you need one i can get the best deal........

just replaced fuel filter, coil w/ msd, and wires.  Added a bunch of grounds and i know its not the pump because i can hear it on.  It starts with starting fluid and runs like a cat, just doesnt want to fire up on its own.

Its not even that tall, im only runnin 4 " springs in the front and i have f100's in the rear w/ 2" block .  Its just enough to clear the 40's.

Sorry i guess its "ginormous" then.  And no i didnt want to start cutin :pokinit: if i didnt have to.  This is the 6th truck ive buit and i finally understand COG idea a lil better.  The back sags alot and will help it not to flop.  Dont bash on it yet, if you get your ass up here for lilbuddys snowrun you'll see whats up with it.

Hmmm just a thought and i doubt it will work cause you say you can hold the key in start and it wont start

but on my runner if i hold the key in the start position (not pushing in the clutch or anything) like to where its not turning over, hold it for like 5 seconds i can hear the pump run and then prime the fuel system and then it starts right up... if not it takes a little bit to start if i just keep turning it over.
