Family day at the Pumpkin Patch!
« on: Oct 13, 2007, 01:26:29 PM »
Well, our local pumpkin patch didn't plant any pumpkins this year.  So we decided to go to the valley and get some!  We kidnapped my niece for the day!  She didn't have any fun, because she was grounded!  :rofl2:
Well, we went to a place called the Plumper Pumpkin Patch, they had alot of fun things for the kids, and some stuff I would have loved to played with!

So, here's our day!
This is my niece Natasha, my youngest son Andrew and my oldest son Zak (L to R)

The hay maze

The duck races!

Lot's of slides, this was the 40'

My daughter found her "Little Pumpkin!"

Playing in the tires!

The corn maze!

The slingshots!

The air compressor gun!

Looking for our pumpkins!

Our $53 worth of pumpkins!

Then on to lunch!

Don't forget the pony rides!

Also took some pictures of the foliage on the way home, over hwy 6, real close to the TSF OHV turn off!  Got alot more pictures of foliage, but this is all the wife has loaded on to photobucket!

Thanks for looking!

If you got some of your outings, go ahead and post them here!   :yesnod:

Well, got them all carved up last night!  The weather wasn't to cooperative, so we brought in a tarp and laid it out in the dining room floor!  I personally carved the bottom four and minnie mouse!

Oh! And I had to use the cordless drill too!

Everything was done by knife, but sometimes it's nice to have a drill to create some starting points!  And for the pirate skull, the teeth was all done by drill!

Nice job on the carving. I'm taking my girls to the patch Thursday night. I'm hoping to get out of there for $53 for 2 small pumpkins for the girls.
