I am curious to know what everyone thinks...

I want to truly see peoples opinions...

i know everyone would choose marlin or all-poo over any of those..
but i wana know which would be chosen out of those if had to.

if i had the money and IFS id go TC.
SAS or SA.... Marlin.

but a 4in lift from any of these guys.
and for the weekend wheeler.
im tired of these lil kids runnin around with there lil 600dollar shelf kits and thinkin theyll outwheel a built trail rig. its funny.

but which you all buy out of those...
the suckiest brands known to man. haha

i wouldnt go over a 2 or 3 inch lift without lengthening the springs...the truck will ride like :pokinit: and flex like :pokinit:.

for 2 or 3 inch kits i would go with downey or all poo...any lift over that involves welding/fabrication of spring hangars and other things

MC for me.  2 inches isn't really worth it - just install bigger tires and trim the fenders for 2 inches and save $1200+ in parts and all the labor and busted knuckles.   Now, for 4-6 inches, it's worth putting money into the truck to lift it that much, IMO.

I've had Downey's, Rancho, and Pro Crap, Downey's are decent for the average wheeler, Rancho's don't add much lift so I combined them with Pro Crap and they worked ok that way.

running nwor 2 inch springs now. Bad too stiff!!! but my truck is light. GOOD quality and handles great on mountain roads. rips right up hills off road , good traction. might like them better after in install winch, bigger tires , roll bar , cage and better shocks.  next springs well be Downey, allpro, LCE or marlin. all depends on how i decide to mod the drive train.

I've run 4" marlins in the front ,I liked the flex but not the axle wrap..I changed to downey in the front and changed the ranger back springs with the front marlins...I am very pleased with the setup..I live in Alabama and mainly ride in slippery wet rocks( old creek beds) and steep hill climbs  and areas like Tellico

Of all the kits listed in your poll Downey is by far the best bang for the buck.  For someone like me who uses their truck as a DD and mild froadin Downey has a good product and price.

Yeah I voted Downey. Of your options they are the only ones I would consider. Of your non-listed options, I agree with minisimp on Total Chaos. By far superior IFS kits to anything. OME is also great just less hardcore compared to TC, which is basicaly the ultimate IFS set up.

We know that, but even the Downey is a fair chunk of money.  IMO, it's worth it to do it right the first time.

I mostly agree and voted downey if you're talking about straight axle.  I like fabtech stuff and would have to weigh my options with either downey or fabtech if I were to lift an ifs truck.

Downey makes good, quality and well built parts, but they're super full of themselves.  Their ifs lift is a mixture of rancho and their own parts.
