Chevy motors are so reliable and replacements are cheap, that us bowtie lovers are willing to do this!  Now ford lovers couldn't afford to do this because the parts are expensive and they have too much $$ tied up into a motor that they couldn't think of doing this!

Not to mention, the fords wouldn't hold up to that sorta heat.  They're not used to that much heat for that long before they stop running.  :joke:  :beerchug:

If you used a Ford engine to that operating temperature it would crack the block and ruin your steaks.

You guys are stoopid :shake:  Ford has one equally nice but it's self lighting.  You put your meat on it, roll it in the garage and pull the key, walk away and wait for it to light itself

:rofl2: i forgot about that!! they also have another bar-b-que with their new 6.4L diesel exhaust system. let the truck idle for awhile and it will shoot a constant flame outta the tailpipe  !! (ford fixed this, but it was still extremely funny that it happened)

Brushing up on your diplomatic skills?

there are things i like about most brands, everything has its strength/weakness. my personal preferance though is chevy/gmc for a fullsize rig.
