I saw this and had to post!  I personally don't have a problem with wrinkled skin, in this location.  It has never bothered me, but if your concerned that you want plump, smooth skin there!  This is your solution!

Finally, some relief! After years of seeing commercials for "women's" deodorant (I have never been overcome by this problem), help for those suffering from "restless" legs (a little exercise would take care of this) and "leaky" bladders (don't hold it for so long)...we men have our own solution to a problem that didn't exist before this. This is almost as exciting as an "anal bleach" treatment!
