brother needs help

hey people my brother just got back from the desert and know it wont start or do anything the lights come on but thats it he is in a toyota pickup can anyone help him out hes getting frustrated  :hammerhead:

check the small wire going to the starter,  chances are  a rat  has  bit it  or  knocked it loose

got a rat problem glen? even though twinkies are tasty, i guess its not the best idea to enjoy the cream filled pastries while looking under the hood. just messin. the starter is an excellent place to start. also take a look at the fuses, under the hood and under the dash.
