Been lurkin' in the shadows for a while, figured it's time to step out & say 'Hi'.  A lot of you folks are pretty hard-core off roaders, and I'll try to stay out of your way...    :bowdown:

Name's Mike, just turned 58, I go by Stocker because just about everything I've ever owned has been pretty much stock.  Boring, I know...    :yawn:

A few years back my wife & I bought a new '05 Tacoma 4x4 DC Off Road -- our first Toyota, after hearing from family members for several years about how fantastic Toyotas are. So far so good!  :thumbs:

Most of my four wheeling (aside from at work) has been for hunting, fishing, and woodcutting, and not much of those in recent years.  Now I have it mainly so I can get around when it snow without chaining up.  Gettin' lazy in my old age!   :sleepy:

When I'm here, I'm usually checking out General 4WD or CCC. 

This is a very good forum, well run & good members who pretty much seem to respect each other. I'm a member on a few other boards, but only one (a 67-72 Chevy truck board) is as good as this. You should all be proud!

Oh, yeah, a couple of those family members who said Toyotas are worth having are also members here -- te51levin and kneedownnate...  my sons.   :beerchug:  Sorry Nate, I'm not quite ready to give you my K20 just yet!   :gap:

:haha:  Good luck, my, er, his 72 cheby has stayed stock since he got it in the mid 70s.  I'd like to see you get some GOOD tires for the tacoma atleast, but our opinions on tires are a little different :_oops:
