:yikes:  Seems like just yesterday you were posting little toddler pics of her!  Won't be long till you're polishing the shotgun in the living room, not-so-subtely glancing at the nervous boy waiting to take her out  :haha:

An old boss of mine, his best friend was a detective for Oregon State Police.  And when his daughter was going out on a date, or formal dance, he would always make sure Lane was there, in uniform and patrol car.  When the boy would come in, Lane would go out, and come back in mumbling as he writes down, "99 White Toyota Tacoma, Lic # ABC123!"  The boys always had her home an hour before curfew everytime!!  :rofl2:

I got a couple of buddies thats in Law Enforcement, that I will be calling on when my daughter starts dating.

Time for an update ya'll! Where my OG's at? Any kids in this thread are dang near grown up now.

Meanwhile, I've got one of my own

She's 11 now and an aspiring veterinarian. She raises Nigerian Dwarf goats, gets good grades, and keeps me honest.
