I've got crap I'm trying to do, but every time I walk by the PC...I stop to play a little, an hour later...I get back to the important stuff.

I got stuck on it at work too, and got my coworkers in tech support stuck on it.  I think the best was like 114... my best was 91 something like that.

hit the print screen (prt scn) button, then save it in photoshop or paint, and attach it.

What? The screen capture? When you hit the PrtScn key it copies it to the clipboard, then you paste it into any photo editting or paint software and save it as a jpg.
I like to use the freebie irfranview, but the paint program that comes with MS works fine for that.

The clipboard is virtual... when you hit the prnscn it copies to the clipboard. You can go to any program... paint... word... irfranview... and there... do a paste...
