so i my 22re dosent have much power is there any thing i can do to increase the power thats not to expensive?

Best bang for your buck would be gears imo. They aren't cheap though.

Outside of that try a freer flowing intake, header and exhaust.

when was the last time it had a tune up? plugs, wires, cap, rotor?

DIY
hi-flow cat (universal so it's cheaper)
2.25" cat-back exhaust
turbo muffler

Advance timing to 8degrees (from stock 5)

downshift and rev engine
