ya im running 33s right now with only a body lift but a little bigger tires will help me go just a little further and ive never done a solid axle swap is it hard?
man thats mest up for looks lol no im getting in wheeling and all by buddies have jeeps so they have sas and i have to go around obstacles that they go up and over no problem. but i want 35s for clearance and in this case the bigger the better
but bigger is better when you are trying to keep up with your friends with atleast 38
Yup, if your serious, go out and wheel what ya have right now and learn as much as ya can. while reading every SAS thread you can find, while saving up the money to do it. nicely said WERMZ!!!!!
ya. dont waste money on ifs, it's like "polishing a turd." just wheel it as it is until you can afford to sas
WTF you going around for, that IFS will kick the crap out of those heeps. Just lock it up.
$300 is a pretty good deal for an IFS lift. If you're fairly new to the wheelin, I'd go with that for now, you can run 35"s with it, no problem, and you'll learn a lot. As yo ulearn, you'll figure out your trucks limitations, and decide whether you really need a SAS or not. Then, once you get to that point, you'll probably have more wrenching experience, and be ready to dig into it
yeah, depends on how much experience you've got and what kind of wheeling you are most interested in!!
ya im gonna probly sas it for my seinor project. but my ifs will work for now. dose welding your rearend affect street driving a lot? was your truck that you welded a dd muddaddict?
