Don't know of any trails in coalinga. I think it's all public BLM dirt roads. The closest trail is Picacho Peak in Clear Creek BLM about 30 miles north of Coalinga. This is where they have the annual Molina Ghost run.
I ran Picacho Peak last year. Not enough rocks and too hot and dry. Also, it's so damn far no matter where you're driving from. I would rather hit the Sierras, but that's me.
