So tomorrows the big day.  Finally getting married.  Just felt like letting everyone know.  Any advise for a happy marriage?

  You give us 1 day to get ready & I don't even have directions yet  Congratz  Yeah, here some advise. I have been married for 14 years  Just keep saying "Yes Dear", "Yes Dear", Yes Dear", "Anything you say Dear". But seriously, never go to bed angry at each other. Thats was the best advise I got.

Congratulations  Like tall Chevy said yes dear, yes dear and don't forget yes dear.  We also make sure we don't go to bed mad at each other which is not always easy but worth it.  My 10 year anniversary is in august.  Been the best 10 years of my life.

Just heard this from my new wife. LISTEN. Be a good listener and don't interrupt. Sometimes.....most the time she just wants you to listen no input required. to the married life, not bad at all.

Was married for 10 yrs. Got married at 22 ( too young) . But I spent those 10 yrs learning how to do it correctly. My Ex never liked wheeling with me, my new wife wouldnt have it any other way. I could honestly say I found my soul mate. She loves the mud as much as I do and all I have to do is listen? Cant complain bout marriage just make sure you marry the right person. Just like wheeling just because you break or roll does'nt mean you stop doing it.

sorry i havent ben married... but i seen my parents go through parttially a 26 year marriage then my dad had a mid life crisis now they're on the way to being divoriced... all i could say is if she's the one dont give up on her till you guys die...

I dont know your releign but all the advice you need is in the bible,  we all know that after a hard day at work  we sometimes like to start its hard to explain but we all know what im saying. never go to sleep mad at your loved one there is not enough time in our short lives. remember that we only live once, we only have one chance to show our love. and one time will reun it we forgive but we never forget that goes for women also.  this coming from a drunk guy. lol

When I was going through my divorce my old neighbor ( WWII vet) told me something that stood with me. Evervyone says you gotta give 100% but the truth is you both gotta give 150% just incase the other half is having a bad day. a marriage is a partnership, you both gotta bring something to the table.    Oh and on that "Don't go to sleep mad" comment , your right. You have to stay up and plan your revenge Read that on a beer cup cooler at a liquor store.

  That must be the secret.  With the rotating shifts I work I only see my wife on a daily bases 4 months out of the year.
