Rolin Imports? Yay or Nay

I am looking into importing a new engine from AU and just want to find out if anyone has heard about any problems with Rolin Imports / Japparts?

I don't want to see any slamming here, I just want to make sure they are a stand up company since talking face to face is out of the question.
