My ext. cab on FJ80 axles

So this is my new wheeler its still in the making, heres the specs so far;
it was a 2wd automatic and will be converted to 5spd and obviously 4x4.
-94 fj80 landcruiser axles non elocker 4:10's
-trailgear 5" front springs
-6" shackles
-homefabbed spring hanger
-rear has t100 springs w/double shackle & 3" block
-tubed front
-39.5 tsls on 15x10 wheels
-w-56 tranny
-rebuilt 22r with trd cam,thorley header, weber 38 carb.

Future plans;
-FIND SEATS!!!!!!!!
-drop in motor/tranny
-dual cases
-5spd conversion
-z-link steering
-hydro-assist
-shocks front
-shocks rear
-shock hoops
-spare tire mount
-plate frame
-mount steering box
-install fuel cell
-flat bed
-install 63" chevy's
-wire up motor
-build/install drive lines
-install locking hubs
-install wheel spacers up front
-gear and lock axles
-groove tires
-blah blah blah....the list never ends   :sly:

Thanks man, Im thinking about linking the rear with coils but im not sure yet.  I might just get some 63" chevys, the t100's arent cuttin it.

What is the length on those T100 leaves?  Looks like a 3 leaf + overload?

Yea i want to but i still do not fully understand where to place the link brackets and how to go about setting it all up......any advice?

Give me your email. I have some cool articles about setting up rear 4-links. Talks about roll center, instant center, rear steer, all that stuff. I also have a small piece I wrote myself from my own experience in setting them up. For a slightly different use than crawling rocks, but the same rules appply.

Triangulated 4 link or a wishbone 3-link would be pretty good. There are benefits and downfalls to every type of setup, so ti mostly depends on what you want.

Thanks guys!  Im hoping to have this thing going by the 4th of july.  I will hopefully be taking it to the con on the 5th.

I'll probably wait till after that for the link setup because i want to make sure there will be no driveline issues with the rear axle.

This is what it would of looked like with fenders, i might cut them and angle them in to contour with the tube, not sure yet.

I finished the 5 spd conversion and installed a bigger brake booster since these fj80 brakes are freakin huge.  Also grooved on my tire a litttle till i couldn't take the smell any more..

I got my duals together, took my tranny to the shop to get a bearing replaced and bought some more tube for my bed and shock hoops.  Should hopefully have pics later.

I think im going to use DOM and bend up a Zlink, thats my only option right now. 
The only reason i want to get rid of the 80 rear axle is because of the off set pumpkin.  Its basically a mirror image of a front axle.
