tcase help...with pic

what the hell causes the output shaft to leave teeth marks on the yolk??? should i be worried??

its on the rear out put, and has been making a rotational click...click...click recently

no, its a marlin triple drilled flange, came on my dual ultimate case

yep, i found it.  im going to add a cv to the rear shaft, replace the seal and flange, and see what happens

hmm... bad bearings causing the output to move up and down?

when you pulled the flange off did you try and move the output shaft up and down?

I've never seen that before!   :confused:

i cant at all get the output to wiggle-i think it was a bad driveshaft/lack of cv that cause lots o vibrations/stress on the out put

yea I guess by process of elemination if the output shaft doesn't budge then its probably the D-shaft moving.

i dont think that yall could pay my ass to drive 13 hours in that runner...or my lexus for that matter, me + car + long trip= hell no
