3RZ '81 radiator

hey got the 3RZ in the truck, seems to fit alright and the transmission mount issue is almost solved. i'm thinkin about gettin the allpro offroad skid and transfer bracket, has any body had any experience with their product? anyways back to the issue at hand, 3 row or 2 row radiator, i'm not sure if the 3RZ will need a larger cooling system keep a safe running temp. also, should i use a electric fan or the stock fan? thanks guys!
