whats the new tire/wheel combo going to be?

I bought a set of 44" Boggers , I was going to finally upgrade to 35 splines and full hydro but after getting them home , I realised they were just realisticly too big . So those are for sale now and I'm going back to 42" TSLs

it will for sure be done by then all have it all polished up for the show its my favorite event all year!!

That is bad ass to hear bro , looking forward to seeing your rig there . I will send you a flyer as soon as I have them done .

All I can say is AWESOME!!!

I read about the tires on pirate.  That is total BS that they would sell you worthless tires Pepe. The same thing happened to me last year when I bought some used unmounted TSL tires. Two of them were good and two were more like balloons. I learned my lesson never buying unmounted used tires.

Thanks alot guys

**UPDATE**

First off , I didn't make it into TTC . . . So as mentioned , I didn't really like the width of the 43s and 17x8" TRs . I really liked the look but just wasn't happy having to run spacers to achieve the width I was at before . So , I sold that wheel and tire combo but decided I wanted to change it up a bit . So , I decided I would step up to 44" tires , upgrade to 35 spline outers and go full hydro . My mind was set , and I found a kid in Santa Maria selling a set of 44" Boggers for $1,200 . I made arrangements to pick them up in hopes of having everything ready in time to make it to AZRocks . Well , the kid flaked on me the first day so I couldn't make the run . So I went and picked the tires up that Saturday . Spent $200 in fuel , made the 8 hour round trip and paid $1,200 for the tires . Once I got home , I convinced myself that the tires were just too damn big and wide and I was affraid I was gonna start breaking parts so I was just gonna go back to a 42" tire . So I sold the tires for $1,200 (just what I paid , lost out on $200 in fuel) to a good friend of mine to put on his Land Cruiser . He mounted the tires on his beadlocks and it turns out the tires were no good . They had dry rot that was not visible unless they were mounted on rims . One of them was so bad it wouldn't hold air . . . So , I quickly give my buddy the $1,200 back and decided I would deal with the punk who burned me . I call him up and try to be as cool as possible and the kid tells me he's sorry but he spent the money and he thought the tires were good when he sold them to me . He tells me "The tires were good ,  they sat on my truck for over a year on the side of the house and held air" , something he failed to mention when I bought them . Then he says "You can just put slime into them or repair them with shoe goo"  :smack:   :shake:  . Add to that , they were mounted on 15 X 16" wheels , under a non running , non covered truck for over a year . So the tires were stretched and got baddly weathered and had cracks that were not visible without rims . So , he puts his dad on the phone (another floppin' punk) . I told him that his son burned me and sold me a set of worthless tires for $1,200 . I told him I wanted my money back and that I was willing to take the $400 loss in driving all the way back to Santa Maria again to return the tires and that I wasn't looking to get that money back , just the $1,200 I paid his son for tires that are absolutely no good . Turns out the Dad is about my age and just as much of a punk as his son . He told me that bottom line , they'd spent the money and he felt the tires were good and was not returning the money to me . So if I wanted to take him to court to go ahead  :shake: .
I told him that was fine , but that I would drive up to his house (4 Hrs.) and show him how bad the tires were on the rims , and then if he could tell me to my face that the tires were good , THEN I would take him to small claims court . . . SO , I had alot of crazy thoughts lingering in my head for a few hours , but decided I didn't wanna drive all that way , spend another $200 in fuel and go to jail . Then if I decided to do it in a civil matter , drive all that way , still spend the $200 in fuel , waste a whole day , take him to court , waste another day , just to have him say he can't pay me the money . So , I bit my damn tongue and just took it as a lesson learned . So , basically I threw away $1,400 because of some punk named Alex in Santa Maria .

The tires I got burned for :

Let him know that in the long run you will cost him way more than $1200 because you know where he hangs his hat.   Then post his name, number and address on Pirate and watch the fun begin.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
