the pic of the engine bay is from the brown yota it was when i ported the heads lol u can see the timing chain guides and stuff.... its not complete

What engine is that? What kind of times are you getting in the 1/4

well its a long bad story... i first did the swap and drove it to florida and back with no problems don't ask me how and then i ran it at the track and pulled a 14.1 on street tires.... but i had a crown victoria computer in that redlined and 5200RPM and had a shitty tune and that was an all stock motor. then during the winter my friend ported the heads and i put a mark VIII bottom end in witch is all aluminum and raises the compression to like 12:1 and i also put a 96 computer in and made my own long tube headers i had stock manifolds...now she rips im hoping for a low 12 out of it  on slicks which shouldn't be a problem
