Josh and The Rad Runner Checkin In.

Hi everyone!

I'm Josh and my 1986 Toyota 4Runner is Rad Runner. She hasn't been running for about to weeks. I'm at a complete loss. This isn't a troubleshooting thread though, this is an introduction! I look forward to many bored nights at  home with you guys!  (by bored I meant entertained)

RadRunner is a work in progress but i'll show you what she looks like. Just keep in mind that Shes gonna be totaly B.A.

In the beginning, November, JUST got her.

Same trip


Almost all of the parts are stock. She has a 3" body lift and thats really it. I wanted to wait untill I could afford to do an axle swap before I replaced the suspension and while i'm at it I may as well wait to do steering componants too. So my focus so far has been the interior. I stripped her all out, sent the rear seats for re-upulstry, rubber coated the bed, rear passenger area and front cab, got diamond plate sheets for new panels and 60 feet of DOM for an interior cage. I also got Tenzo R Rally type seats and R.J.S. 5 point harness, driver and passenger. Shes about to look sick when its done but i've been side tracked with getting her to run. About two weeks ago she quit on me and I can't figure out the problem.

Shes dirty cause she has to sleep outside and I don't want to be taking top off and putting it back on all the time while i'm doing all this work.

I havn't talked much about the problem I've had with RadRunner, but its all god cause she just started up. Don't ask me what the problem was cause I won't say. I will say that I checked all the obvious things from the start.
