Gittinit

This is serious right? :headscratch: Ive never seen one of these things fixed up before, should be interesting. I like different, and will be watching this one.
Hug your kids, pray for a soldier, and don't sweat the small stuff.

– fortysixandtwo – sorry, i prefer marlin because aside from gittinit, no one is a know it all a hole

BoG-ToY

now I miss my brat, mine was an 80, all original had 48k miles on it, ran great, I had the FACTORY CAMPER SHELL, goes half-way over the cab, clearing the roll cage, ok now i wanna cry, I sold it cuz my wife was joining the air force, and I didnt want to drag it across the country
Sand, what fun, drop pressure to 12psi, stock tires are still digging, can't afford to get stuck, 8psi, still not working. Find a place to GET OUT, air up, un-lock hubs,  WAIT whats this, hubs are UN-LOCKED already. 2wd, 8psi, stock tires, Oregon sand dunes.

:cool:well , its actually perty common to add a 2nd t case to these cars. id say that 90% use an early 80s nissan/datsun 720 pickups t case. its a divorced unit, already has the offset shifter you will need, and is one tough little guy. also super easy to mount to frame rails, as thats how its originally mounted in the nissans

i guess the sammi case will work as well, but look into low gears offered with each one, simplicity of install ect.

there is a huge website almost soley dedicated to puting a 720 case behind an ea82 (your motor)
ultimatesubaru.net

also, ive done it twice, but never a sammi case. so if you use a nissan, i can help

good luck-later

thanks bud I'll give him the info and see where it goes
