rears up front Question

can i buy rear springs and just drop them in or do i have to open up the spring pack and have them set up differently?

You really need to add some leaves to that pack to get the full benifits of the rears up front mod. This has been covered many many times do a little research and you will see the light. I run rears up front with some s-10 rear leafs added into the origonal 3 top leafs.

3rdgen rear leaves are 3" longer i believe than 2gen leaves, probably want to run 2ndgen, what most people do. You will defanitly need to add more leaves from the extra weight of the moter you will be carrying around.

well if was to get 4-5" lift springs from marlin, could i use leafs off a stock pack to help with the weight? i would like to clear 35's

Insead of starting a new topic I will post here, I have 44044's right now but I bent one of the main leafs. What do yall think the pack would be like if I swapped out the main for the stock rear main? Of course on both sides, not just the one.
