My dad is looking to get new tires and everyone tells us the Rockers are the Best tires out there... Is there anyone that agrees?? Does anyone have some mouted on anything?? I am really looking to see what these things can do, because I am sold on Baja Claws, and they cost about the same...

I am purchasing these tires in a couple months, 37x17x13.5. I know bigmike and KWP run them and have no complaints. Maybe they will speak up. Other than that I haven't heard anything else about them good or bad. But they do LOOK kick ass and thats more important than anything IMO

Damn, thanks guys. I have read the Ih8mud review already... Lol... 39 Iroks aren't as good as 37 Rockers... That makes me feel all warm inside.

I run 37x13.5x15 ROCKERs and they freak'n get it awn
I've run Rubicon, Coyote, Red Lake, and Jose Basin with them so far. I'll be running Bald next weekend.

Im also thinkin about getting these soon in 37". I just havent heard enouph about them to make my decision yet. They sound really good so far but im woundering how long the tread life is.

I am interested in the 39" size but they seem way too wide and heavy. I have longfields and a 4.10 High Pinion but I don't know if that much width is gonna cause massive destruction in the driveline? Any thoughts on the massive width of this tire? I am thinking 39.5" Irok or the 39.5" Rocker. I have been leaning towards Rocker but the size scares me. Can yotas hold up?

Well, I found out yesterday my bosses son in buying a set of 39.5's... $1270 mounted and balanced. He has a BAD ASS Sidekick with Hybrid (homemade by him) toyota axles with the Universal joint front axles. I might get some picks when they get here, OH he also has a set of 15x14" wheels.

Where did he purchase them from?

He is gonna find that a 14" rim is gonna make those tires balloon out and they are gonna be huge.

I should have mentioned that my tires were $251 (each) for the 37x15x13.50.

That and the wheels and the balancing and I was out $1200 something. That is the 2nd most expensive single purchase of my life. I had to borrow money from a couple of people to get them too

yes the yotas will hold up to that size.. we run 39.5x18 boggers on yotas around here. also 42x15's

this will probably be my next tire once the irok's turn into racing slicks.

i've heard from many people that you need to drive them around for atleast a day with very low air pressure in order to break in the sidewall, similar to the irok.. fresh out the box the tires really suck (or I thought so) and would spin all over the rocks.. but once the sidewalls break in it was a night/day difference.

I am in the same position right now with my IROKS. I am trying to get the sidewalls to break in.

I have a set of the 39.5's on my truggy i'm building, so far just out doing some testing to work out some bugs they seem to work really good. I've had tsl's, tsl sx's, ssr's, bfg's and Xterrains. These are by far the best tires i've had yet. Here's a pic

I bought mine off of a guy on Pirate 4x4. They had 4 miles on them and I ended up paying $1,200 for all four wheels and tires mounted with tire balancing beads in them

I am trying to remember the name of the store I got them from... It is a local company here in Fresno near HWY99 & Jensen Ave. It is called East Bay Tire or East -something- Tire -- I think

I will not get another chance to wheel until at least after Christmas. It will be a Snow for sure
