ok my 81 toy long bed 4x the front brakes are shot pads and rotors, but i have a brand new set of pads, calipers, rotors, and hubs of of my 86 4x, is there any possible way to put all my 86 stuff on my 81. I have heard that the offse is different, so if i built a custom braket would it work

The IFS calipers will work if you use the land cruiser venter rotors. Not sure on the year rotors. I am sure someone knows this. It is a popular swap.

I'll try to find the PO but the LC rotors I got were only like 50 bucks or so.  You'll have to disassemble your outer hubs and replace the rotors but you'll gain vented rotors at the same time.
