super bling bling idea!!!
« on: Oct 21, 2006, 07:03:37 PM »
How about a spinner spare tire mout for your toyota. i guess i am tired and i am thinking of how i want to build my spare tire mount. but i was thinking about using a spare hub that i have and then it occour's to me that i can have a spinner spare tire rack if i weld the spindel to the mount and use the wheel bearings, wheel hub and locking hub. maybe stupid but at leaset you could have spares if you needed them. what you guys think.

dont have any picts but I did use a spare knuckle/hub for my spare mount. Currently redoing ther rear bumper so it is not on the rig. Figure I have a spare birf, spindle, bearings ect if needed on the trail. Only problem is that it is HEAVY!

I wheel with people that have spindle mounted spares. It is nice to have an entire wheel worth of spare parts with you.
If you still have control you aren't going fast enough
