twin stick ?
« on: Jan 21, 2004, 04:32:27 PM »
Need some help here , i have a 4cyl t-case out of a tacoma , i know you all normally deal with the mini's but hopefully someone will be able to help me out here.  I am doing a twin stick on my rear t-case that is a 4cyl tacoma tcase, i have the back of the case off and i am trying to figure out how to remove the left side shifter rail, so i can modify that so i can use the twin stick, my question is what is the best way to remove that shifter rail?
thanks john

The left shift fork and rail will come out with the planetary gear assem. Be careful and remove it togeather. Grind off the tab and reassemble. Be careful and take your time.
