I found this video rather entertaining. It's hard enough to play guitar with the use of your hands (i've been playing guitar for 7-8 years now) yet this guy's actually learnt without any arms.

This is a relatively easy song to play on the guitar but reguardless, i'd imagine this guy can play all sorts of stuff.
