whats the proper shackle angle and length for a 4"lift spring with stock mounts?

will the stock shackle work?

For a good estimate opf your proper shackle length measure the length of you spring eye to eye along the entire arc.  Then measure the distance in a straight line from front spring mount hole to rear shackle mount hole.
Subtract the frame measurement from the spring measurement to get shackle length.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

shackle angle is 15-20 degres off vrtical and the langth will dipend on ware your mounts are
SASed 94 pu- marlin crawler 4'' springs, 5.29s aussie R lockright F 30spline longs , crawler box and 37'' SSR's

im not sure  but  im going to say NO  the stock shackle wont work with a 4 inch lift  , well not a 4 inch Marlin spring

im gonna say  a 6-8 inch eye to eye  shackle

i have to run but will comment again later

for  the best results  sitting at  level  on flat ground your shackles should angle slightly to the rear \
