my mom&dad used to have one of those.

I called it the "peanut motorhome"

it was a 4spd with a 20r motor I think?

you could do a U-bolt flip in the back, for the front you'd have to find some coils that are the same diameter, and a free length however longer to match. (I think that would do it)

Butt may have trouble with steering geometry if you go very much over stock hight. (2" max I say)
A good day working, that's just sick :reg:

toyotamobing

yea thats exactly rite a 4spd with a 20r...he has alot of mods to be done(sas,4x4 conversion just 2 name a few) but first he needs more ground clearance and stiffer springs in the rear so the think doesnt bounce everywhere when hes in the back and so it doesnt sway back and forth driving

do u know the proper name of it?

I've already built one.... in my mind, spoa rear dana 60's with duals, sas'd front with dana 44's, 350ci cheby with a turbo 400, the neat thing is the top pops up so your center of gravity is lower than a full class C body. It wouldn't be for hardcore but I bet it would get to some cool places that other campers can't.

I'd stiffen the rear with a Helwig system or Airlift airbags those won't lift it much but the airbags are adjustable and will lift and lower the rear as needed for about an inch to inch and a half. Other than that an add a leaf will lift the rear about 2 to 3 inches. The fronts I don't know what the set up is, if it is a torsion bar crank 'em in more and you'll get up to 1 or 2 inches. You may want to check with the pre-runner companies to see what they have for that year of 4x2 truck it will be the same. Sorry about that other post you started me fantasizing again.

 it amazes me how u still see those older toy campers and u-hauls on the road after all those years.  Something to be said for that. I mean sometimes u can barely even see the truck under all that mass! :eye:
