Checkin in, I'm building an 83 Yoty with Chevy's and 44044's, recently bought an MC08, ultimate 4.7, 23 spline upgrade, HDL52 trans, and super hd clutch kit from Marlin. Longs and All-Pro chromo inners, Budbilt xmember, and Schaffer's shock hoops. Tried to order gears and lockers from Marlin today but no-one there, must be out wheelin!

Anyway, howdy :beerchug:

You have any problems loosing a bead since they're narrower?

84runner

I usually run them at about 10 psi on a 84 Runner and I did the con about 7 times last year and no problems.  There on a 15 inch rim 10 inches wide.  I wish I would have went 8 inches wide

Definately 8's, I'm considering beadlocks too (Allied or Longs weld on rings)

84runner

Rocktomper.com has some pretty tuff looking bead lockes. I am thinking about making my own.
