1983 Toyota SR5 long box bobbed 17" doved 14" bed cage, 22re, w56 tranny, working on dual cases 23 spline 4.70 twin sticks driveline disco. Dana 44 front, Dana 60 rear disk brakes and ff.

Well it has came time to three link the rear of my toy and hear is the start of that. It is not going to get all linked in a day our two, but it shod be dun by the jambo at the HAMMERS :crossed: and sum pics of the first part that is dun.  I got just about all my parts from ballisticfabrication :yesnod:

What coils are those? I am tired of swaping out my chevys springs from bending leafs, but I guess that is what junkyard springs are all about. The 3 link looks good I want to see more pics and some specs on the link tube size please?

The coils are out of a ford arrowstar, and the top link is made out of 120.wall DOM and my lowers are going to be made out of 250.wall DOM

Since mine is constantly breaking apart due to 25 years of age, I'll revisit the dash/gauge issue. Did you have any issues using the autometer sending units or were there some metric adapters needed? Any drilling/tapping necessary? (I did note that you did kinda rig up the speedo, which is cool).

Thanks peps :thumbs: my dad and i have just about dun all the work except for the brakits on the axle. one of my buddy's did that for me i think you no him his name is Chuck from performance welding in bellflower  :dunno:

Yup running a full size compressor, but it is going to go on the trailer soon cuz I'm planing on putting a back seat in the toy  :yesnod:
