20R starter and exhaust manifold
« on: Jun 18, 2006, 01:21:46 PM »
I live in Newberg, OR; I'm looking for good used starter and exhaust manifold for a 20r.   Just wanted to see if anyone local has these parts for sale.

you can use a stock 22R  exhaust manifold,  with great results, almost as good as a header on a 20R, just get the twin down pipes  and run them into a 2 1/4 inch pipe  all the way back

as far  as a starter,  i have  one,  but i have to say the gear reduction starters  on a 22R  are a bolt in  and are far superior  than the old chevy style 20R starter
