What about you put together a nice cheap AC compressor conversion kit...a just add tank kinda deal for those of us who don't need AC!

Most of us here are not really into using Toyota AC compressors for OBA. It is a great idea because of simplicity (people already have them and are already wired, or they are easy to obtain, brackets already made, etc) but the maintainence on them isn't something we would want to deal with..

i'm not 100% sure on this but it should run an impact IF the air tank has enough air/pressure that the impact requires.

Don't think so, I know that ViAir is one of the best compressors made for what we do. http://www.viaircorp.com/280c.html completely maintenance free and very reliable
